We practice traditional JKA Style Shotokan Karate as developed by Master Gichin Funokoshi and refined by Master Nakayama. As such, training emphasizes 3 core components: Kihon (Basic Techniques), Kata (series of techniques in set order with set timing), Kumite (Sparring).
Loose comfortable attire or training gi suggested.
